To those rocks and streams we played in.

The water bouncing lights into shadows under rocks.

The lizards so quick and agile as we chased them.

The dirtying up our clothes to be washed again.

The Sequoia Trees mighty and peaceful as we touched them.

To be in the presence of the wild

Find the heart and tame the mind again.

To our secret escape.
